We started off in Orlando, with a sushi birthday birthday party for Hannah, then I went to lunch with my Mom and 2 sisters at PF changs. Then we went shopping, then went to dinner at Emerils!!! We had champagne, seared ahi tuna, barbecue shrimp, sea bass over lump crab meat, fillet mignon, and duck. I also had a 1942 mai tai for the 1st time- Thanks Leah for introducing me to that! Then we had 5 desserts!! I have NEVER eaten like that before!! And may never again! My sister's neighbor is a chef there, and he worked some magic for us!! oh- in the pic of the shrimp, it is just the tails... they looked so good, I ate them before I remembered to take a pic! The kids had a great time with their cousins... in and out of the pool, playing and holding hamsters! Blogger only lets me get 5 pics at a time, so this will be kind of out of order! We left Orlando and headed to my parents. While there, we played at the pond, caught fish, went to the beach and visited family. It was great! Oh- Holden lost his first tooth, and was VERY happy about that!! There seems to be a water theme here... in the pool, in the gulf, in the pond.....
We came home Sat. ( with more stuff on the roof- thanks Mom and Dad!Keep remodeling!!) Easter was a very quiet day.... the kids got cd/dvd and we just relaxed.I felt badly at first for not having baskets for them, but they seemed fine with it! Hannah and Holden fixed us breakfast, then I went back to bed.... I was wore out! I worked 1 day last week, and I think it was my last. Too much drama has been going on...... I will miss the chocolate and the ribbon!! Maybe I can still get my fixes... I won't burn any bridges!!! Hope you all have a great night, and a great day of worship tomorrow!
We had a great trip to FL! Shopping and dinner (at Emeril's!) with my Mom and sisters, Hanging out with family, trips to the beach...... it was good! I will post pics later! I haven't unpacked the camera yet..... Hope you all had a wonderful spring break, and joyous, reflective Easter. He Lives!!
Here are some pics from Hannah's Party! Petite Fours, little sandwiches, her friends and the table for the tea party. They also had fruit salad (yummy yummy!) lobster dip (only Hannah ate that!) carrots and celery and some chocolate ( of course!) It was fun... but I was so glad to see parents starting to pull up in the driveway on Sat!!! So today, I am taking it easy... SCRAPPING!! It has been too long. I have done 2 pages so far, and Holden wanted to do some pages-so cute- I will post them soon.
The nice "movie and pizza" party night has changed.... I am now in the midst of 5 10-11 years olds... 1 boy and 4 girls.... listening to kids' music ( and it is loud...) and starting a dance contest!!! They also played hide and seek- in the house- my house is not that big.... there are like 3 places to hide... but they did it!! But they are all having fun! More later......
That's how long I was on hold with brighthouse this morning....... And my question took about 18 seconds to ask and to have it answered. I tried to think of something else to ask just to make my call last longer!!!!! uugghhhh
OK_ I tried to put a link on here... I just can't do it... so here it is... cut and paste it!! http://lancaster.unl.edu/4h/Embryology/eggcamera.shtml It is an egg cam.... I LOVE chickens, esp. hatching them, but since I am not in a classroom this year, this is the next best thing!!! It is kind of boring untill the eggs start to hatch- then it is soooo cool! At least to me!!!
